Thank you for your interest in the 2014 CreekFest Marketplace!
Applications are currently being accepted for vendors of all types. The vendor application form includes rules and information (which must be acknowledged by the applicant) followed by the 2-page application. Forms can be downloaded by clicking HERE, and can be submitted electronically or by mail.
To submit electronically, the forms must be filled out using Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat.
Adobe Reader is available for free download at http://www.adobe.com/products/reader.html.
Please note: Some internet browsers may automatically open the file within your browser, which will not allow you to submit your application. If this happens, please download the PDF to your computer and open with Adobe.
After clicking “Submit” you may see a pop-up window informing you that your computer is connecting to the Adobe website; please click “Allow.” You should then see a pop-up confirmation window and receive an email notification.
